The essentials
Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use ImageToPPT and turn your images into editable slides.
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to imagetoppt.org and the ImageToPPT services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. The Service
ImageToPPT uses automated systems to convert images, screenshots, scanned pages, and PDFs into editable PowerPoint files. The Service may identify text and layouts, reconstruct text boxes and visual elements, create previews, and produce PPTX, PDF, or image exports. Features, supported formats, file limits, and plan allowances may change over time.
4. Uploaded Content and Permission to Process It
You retain any rights you hold in content you upload and in generated output. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, render, analyze, modify, and otherwise process your content, and to create and deliver output, only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for backups, security, or dispute resolution.
5. Automated Results
Conversion results are generated automatically and may contain OCR mistakes, missing or altered elements, font substitutions, inaccurate colors, layout or alignment differences, and other errors. We do not guarantee that an output will exactly reproduce the source. You must review and, where necessary, edit output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, educational, professional, or public use.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- upload malware, unlawful material, or content you are not permitted to process;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- evade credits, rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions;
- scrape or access the Service through unauthorized automated means;
- reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- resell or provide the Service to others as your own service without our written permission.
7. Plans, Credits, and One-Time Passes
The Service may offer free credits, one-time passes, and paid subscription plans. Current prices, taxes, included credits, usage limits, validity periods, and features are displayed on the Pricing page or at checkout and form part of these Terms. Except where the offer states otherwise, credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire at the end of their stated validity or billing period without rollover.
A one-time pass is charged once, does not automatically renew, and expires after the validity period shown at purchase. Unused access or credits expire with the pass.
8. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize our payment provider to charge your selected payment method, including applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; paid access remains available until then and later periods will not be charged. Canceling does not itself refund an amount already paid. If payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
9. Refunds
Because digital access and credits are provided immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. A first-time subscription purchaser may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription charge if none of the credits included with that subscription have been used. One-time passes are non-refundable once purchased, except for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge or where applicable law requires otherwise.
To request an eligible refund, email [email protected] within the applicable period and include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
10. Confidential or Sensitive Material
You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate to upload. Do not upload confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or personal information unless you have authority to do so and accept that it will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you. Microsoft and PowerPoint are trademarks of their respective owners; ImageToPPT is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, AI and OCR processing, analytics, security, email, and payments. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay fees, created legal or security risk, or used the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. We may also discontinue all or part of the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that the Service or output will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToPPT and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, files, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may change the Service and update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, asset sale, or by operation of law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
